Shipping policy
We accept orders and deliveries worldwide. Shipping rate will be calculated upon checkout based on the weight, size and destination. Rates may vary.
Custom Clearance
The buyer will be responsible for any duties and clearance charges related to the purchase. Deeply will be responsible for providing accurate and complete customs documentation. Failure to comply may result in delays or additional fees.
Tax and Duties
The customer is responsible for paying taxes and duties applicable to the shipment. All charges applicable can be paid in advance thru a link provided by the courier company or cash upon delivery. Deeply will not pay taxes or duties on behalf of the customer.
Additional GCC Fees
Applicable fees in GCC such as Bayan Fees, Admin Fees/Admin Charges and Clearance Charges are responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the location, chosen shipping option and unforeseen circumstances.
UAE deliveries may take up to 2 days.
GCC orders may take up to 4 days depending on availability of the consignee and other formalities such clearance, customs etc.
International orders may take up to 4-5 days depending on the area, availability of the consignee and other formalities such as clearance, customs, etc. Calculated delivery date will be available upon checkout.
Cut off: Order made before 12noon will be shipped the same day and orders made after 12noon on the following day. Orders made during the weekends will be shipped by Monday.
Delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance and other factors that are beyond our control. The delivery person may ask you to sign a delivery note and will hand you an original invoice and receipts upon payment collection.
Please check the condition of the parcel before signing. In case that it’s damaged or tampered, you can reject the package.
You can track your orders by clicking “My Account”, log in and check your package status.
If you wish to send your order to a different address, please make sure to indicate the delivery address in case different from your registered address.
We don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
